Critical Care Unit

Ocean Medical Center has a state-of-the-art Critical Care Unit with 24 beds, four of which are negative pressure rooms, and is staffed by a well respected team of experienced nurses. The care of each patient is coordinated by the primary physician and facilitated by board certified Intensivists. The unit is equipped with an ultrasound machine, two percussion beds, and can accommodate treatments such as Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump therapy.
