Surgical Services

Ocean Medical Center has 12 operating suites, four endoscopy rooms, and three minor rooms to handle both inpatient and same day surgery requirements. Three of the operating suites are dedicated laparoscopic Ors, one is a dedicated cysto room and one room is slated for eye procedures. Our surgery procedures encompass everything from general surgery and orthopedics, to new minimally invasive techniques like Video-assisted Thorascopic surgery (VAT) and InterStim^® Therapy to treat urinary incontinence.
