Who We Are
The Guild of Ocean Medical Center consists of women and men representing a wide variety of backgrounds, careers, and professions living and working in communities served by Ocean Medical Center.

The Guild was founded in 1953 to serve Point Pleasant Hospital and has transitioned over the years to grow along with Ocean Medical Center’s expansion and increased health related services for the community.

Mission
The Guild of Ocean Medical Center is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization committed to supporting the highest level of health care locally by funding educational and other health care related services at the hospital and throughout the community.

• Spring Road Show at the Crystal Point Yacht Club — June, 3th



• 4th Annual "Friends on the Bay" at the Bay Head Yacht Club — September 19th



• Fall Luncheon and Fashion Show at the Manasquan River Golf Club — November 13th ** Fashions Provided by Palm Place in Manasquan **

How We Have Helped Our Community Past And Present

• Junior volunteer scholarships to promote the health care workforce



• Financial support for Ocean Care Center, satellite emergency department



• Support for Ocean Medical Center’s oncology services such as the Breast Center of Ocean County, Radiation Oncology Center and the Oncology Navigator Program



• Support of the inpatient hospice unit Purchase of specialty wheelchairs
