In June 2011, Sandy H. began experiencing severe abdominal pain. After being diagnosed with diverticulitis and a perforated colon, Sandy began a short stay at Ocean Medical Center. From the moment she arrived, the Jackson resident was greeted by positive attitudes and treated with respect.
